Exotics is the splurge tier. The newest drops, the rarest cultivars, the loudest flavor profiles. Built for the occasion — when you want flower that stands out, not just flower that performs.

Everyday (Daily Driver) is the rotation tier. Solid, reliable flower at a fair price, built for the daily smoke. Not the flashiest, just the most dependable.

Same standard of growing and testing. Different lanes. Most riders keep both in the rotation — Exotics for the moment, Everyday for the routine.

The same way our Everyday flower is grown — Cali-grown indoor, small-batch, hand-finished — but with smaller batches and more selective cultivar choices.

Indoor cultivation gives us control over light, temperature, humidity, and feeding, which matters more for exotic genetics than it does for standard cultivars. Indoor lets the plant express its full genetic potential — the rare terpene profiles, the dense bud structure, the trichome coverage that defines exotic-tier flower.

We don't outsource our exotic growing. Every batch in the Exotics lineup is grown to our spec, tested in our process, and packed by our team.

A few reasons that stack:

• Smaller batches. Exotic cultivars are typically grown in lower quantities, which means the cost-per-gram is higher to produce.
• More selective sourcing. Some of our exotic strains are limited-availability genetics that cost more to acquire and grow.
• Slower cultivation. Many exotic cultivars take longer to flower or require more attentive growing, which adds time and labor per batch.
• Higher curing standards. Exotic flower is hand-trimmed and slow-cured to preserve trichome integrity and terpene content.

The trade-off is straightforward: you're paying for the rarer thing. If you'd rather have great flower at the fairest price, that's our Everyday tier.

Exotics are pulled and packed in small batches, so what ships is recent harvest — typically within a few weeks of cure. Every order ships in a sealed Mylar pouch designed to keep the flower fresh from our facility to your door.

For Exotics specifically: because the terpene profile is part of what makes these strains exotic, freshness matters more than it does with standard flower. If you're stocking up, keep the pouches sealed until you're ready to smoke them, and store them in a cool dark spot. They'll hold quality for months.

Joyride Exotics is hemp-derived and Farm Bill compliant — all products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, which makes them federally legal to ship to most states.

A handful of states have additional restrictions on hemp-derived products. Your shipping address is checked at checkout, and if your area is restricted we'll let you know before the order processes.
