Welcome to Bona Fide Flower. By accessing or using our website (www.bonafideflower.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Legal Compliance

You must be 21 years or older to purchase products from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of hemp-derived products, including THCa and Delta-8.

Bonafide Flower is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise if you purchase products that are not legal in your area. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before ordering.

We do not ship THCa products to the following states: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Oregon.
We do not ship Delta-8 products to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont.

2. Product Use

Products sold on this site are for legal use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. None of our products have been evaluated by the FDA.

Do not operate machinery, drive, or engage in potentially hazardous activities while under the influence of our products.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Bonafide Flower is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS).

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, email support@bonafideflower.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and a photo of the product.

If the return is not due to a faulty or damaged product, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds or exchanges may be denied if the product is used or damaged upon return.

5. Coupon Policy

Coupons or promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonafide Flower shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.

7. Privacy
