Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bona Fide Flower. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during transit through USPS or UPS. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@bonafideflower.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • A photo of the product

If the return or exchange is not due to a faulty product, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Coupon Policy

We are unable to retroactively apply coupons to past orders.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship THCa products to the following states:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Oregon

We are also unable to ship Delta-8 products to the following states:
Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont
